WildmanOutfitters
Kinser Madison surveying clearcut

In memory of

Dalton “Wildman” Wilkinson.

“You never realized you could have this much fun fishing until you run lines for cats on the Missouri River.”

The brothers

Kinser &
Blaney Madison.

Two brothers who started Wildman Outfitters in college and built it into one of the most-talked-about outfits in the country before either of them could rent a car.

Kinser was 22 and Blaney was 18 when the idea landed: make a hunt that's actually about the hunter. Small groups. Real hospitality. And — this part nobody else was doing — film the whole trip and hand the client a cinematic recap when they left camp.

Their cousin Dalton lived for this stuff. He'd run trotlines on the Missouri at 3 a.m. and sit a tree at 5. After he passed, the brothers turned the obsession into a business, and named it after him.

In 2023 they won Entrepreneur of the Year at the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization Global Pitch — the youngest people ever to start a guided outfit. They've been quietly compounding ever since: deepening the Missouri program, building a partner network for mule deer and pheasant, and consulting on habitat work for landowners who want to grow their own.

Mission

To help people love, hunt, and conserve the great outdoors — and to give every hunter who comes through camp the kind of story they'll be telling thirty years from now.

Vision

Grow slowly. Stay personal. Become the most respected outfit in North America without ever becoming a factory.

Recognition

CEO Global Pitch — Entrepreneur of the Year, 2023. Youngest ever to start a guided outfit. Featured on YouTube, Instagram, and local press.
